Christopher P Holly, MSW, LCSW

Chris is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana of the School of Social
Work in 2001. He worked initially in the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans program as an intern for the Veteran's Administration. After this experience, he worked as a therapist and case manager at the Human Service Center, working with the seriously and persistently mentally ill. He started to work at the Emergency Department at Unity Point Methodist in 2004 and eventually ran the Partial Hospitalization Program. In 2008, he left the hospital to enter private practice with Associates in Mental Health and has been there ever since. Chris works with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety and a variety of different challenges people face in the spectrum of mental illness. He has worked with couples and individuals to accomplish goals and improve functioning. Chris has lived and worked in the Peoria area for all of his life. He continues to make his home here with his family and his dog. He is available to provide outpatient therapy to individuals and couples.

Edna Ng

Edna Ng, LCSW, SAP, PCGC

Edna Ng is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Substance Abuse Professional, and Certified Problem and Compulsive Gambling Counselor. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan in a variety of community based outpatient and inpatient settings. Edna specializes in treating issues related to addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, codependency, self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, anger and stress management.


Edna uses a systemic and strength-based approach in working with clients. Using an integrative model of change, she incorporates various therapeutic techniques to help clients identify and reach their goals. Using this perspective, she will work with clients to address their unhelpful cognitions and underlying emotions that cause them to feel stuck, and work towards action and behavioral changes.


Edna is a patient, nurturing and direct therapist. It is her goal to provide clients with a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment so clients can safely express and process their vulnerabilities, experience healing, find balance and improve their lives one day at a time.


Kendrick J. Bailey, LCPC

Kendrick is a Licensed Clinical Professional Therapist who earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling locally at Bradley University. He has over 20 years of clinical experience providing care to clients with a wide range of needs. He serves all ages of clients from pre-adolescents to life-experienced adults. His clinical experience includes outpatient settings, substance abuse clinics, emergency and disaster response teams, at-risk adolescent group homes, family services agencies, universities, correctional facilities as well as private practice experience. Specialties include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma resolution, job-related difficulties, marital and family therapy, and other life transitions.


Recognizing all components of one's life are interrelated, Kendrick utilizes a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy while also incorporating a holistic approach to health. His treatment methods promote healing and desired change in a unique, gentle, and respectful manner for clients of diverse backgrounds. Kendrick is a polished clinician who is dedicated to the success of his clients. Kendrick uses a strength-based approach to help individuals and families achieve the goals they have in mind to promote their healing, growth, and success.

Frandy S. Raso

Frandy S. Raso, LCSW

Frandy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University and a Master's in clinical social work from Washington University. She has experience working in several settings including a child and adolescent inpatient mental health unit, a pain center, the public school system, and private practice. She has led parenting classes and group sessions for people struggling with depression. Frandy offers individual and couples counseling, as well as counseling for adults and adolescents ages 14 and older.


Frandy's therapeutic approach combines motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her expertise is working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and personality disorders. She has vast experience helping clients who are struggling with stressors such as family, school, or work conflicts, chronic pain or illness, and relationship issues. Everyone goes through highs and lows in life and Frandy fully understands that sometimes the obstacles we face can cause severe stress, mood changes, and even physical problems. Frandy utilizes kindness and compassion doing what she loves which is offering counseling and guidance to her clients.


Caleb H. Friedrich, LCSW 

Caleb H. Friedrich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whom has joined as our Child and Adolescent Therapist to meet the growing pediatric mental health needs of the Peoria area. Caleb earned his Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s School of Social Work in 2016. Following graduation, he spent the next five years at the Peoria-based nonprofit Children’s Home Association of Illinois where he worked with children and adolescents in their residential and community-based programs. These experiences have provided him with a wealth of clinical knowledge and anecdotal experiences to provide each client with a holistic approach that addresses all factors of their functioning. Caleb specializes working with youth ranging in ages from 4-21 addressing disorders such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, Eating Disorders, Grief & Loss, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, ASD, and PTSD, among other mental health conditions.

Cristy Tomaszewski

Cristy Tomaszewski, LCSW

Cristy obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Master's degree from Illinois State University. She comes to us with twelve years of experience in a variety of settings including inpatient behavioral health, community mental health, and outpatient therapy.


She is passionate about women's issues, domestic violence, and trauma. Cristy is trained in EMDR. She also utilizes many other treatment modalities based on the client's goals. Cristy has experience in treating a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, personality disorder traits, bipolar disorder, and Post-traumatic stress disorder. Cristy offers a warm environment that is without judgment. She is ready to hear your unique story and is accepting new patients (age 12 and up) for individual therapy and couples.



In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children, boating, and coaching soccer.
